- 2005Young’s celebrates its 200th year and also passes £200M turnover for the firsttime.
- 2006Findus AB joins Young’s to form a new enlarged Group called Foodvest, now one of Europe's largest food groups
- 2008In the UK Young’s and The Seafood Company become separate businesses, to concentrate on frozen brand and chilled own label seafood respectively. Foodvest is bought by Lion Capital.
- 2009Young’s total sales top £300m. Foodvest is renamed the Findus Group.
